Healing

This year marks the beginning of a Spiritual journey that has been calling to me for quite some time. Last year I committed myself to a mental and emotional transformational journey that stretched me in a thousand different ways peeling off the layers of my past.

It was a year of cleaning out emotional baggage and creating new empowering beliefs. It was challenging, and often the breakdowns made me want to quit. 

And, through every opportunity I created strength, certainty within myself, and stepped into my power and worth.

 Last week, I surrendered to a new journey where God asked me to step out into uncertainty once more. Coming into my intuitive gifts this last year has been extraordinary and often scary. I have learned to trust myself and most importantly trust the process of what is unfolding.

Today and every day: 

I surrender my ego, I surrender to God, I trust that I am taken care of, I trust the unfolding, I choose uncomfortability and to risk falling in the face of uncertainty.

I am beyond grateful for each person in my life who has impacted me in the most beautiful ways, those who have given me unconditional love, those who have given me tough feedback to help me grow, and those who walk this road alongside me.
